when configure VMware Horizon Helpdesk tool , whenever users assigned permissions with horizon admin to Helpdesk tool however when user try to control the end user Desktop he get an error “Control of the Remote Computer is not allowed”
the solution is to assign remote Assistance permission to helpdesk users with group policy
1-Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/Remote Assistance
Enable both of Configure Offer Remote Assistance and Configure Solicited Remote Assistance
then specify which users are allowed to remotely control the PC
Add security group of your choice to Helpers
Next, go to
2- Computer Configuration> Windows Settings> Security Settings> Local Policies> Security Options
Disable User Account Control: Allow UIAccess application to prompt for elevation without using a secure desktop
